Health and safety are our top priority.
Mask Friendly! We do not require masks. If you prefer to wear a mask, we fully support that! If you would like your provider to wear a mask, we are happy to do so. Our team is covid cautious and fully vaccinated.
Symptom and Exposure screening: If you are having symptoms or are concerned about a recent exposure, please cancel! Even if it is very last minute. Our pledge to you is that we will do the same. We do not charge for cancellations due to illness or covid-related concerns.
Quarantine/Isolation: Patients and staff who do test positive for covid should wait a full 5-10 days after their positive test before coming back to the practice.
Handwashing and Sanitizing: We observe thorough handwashing and sanitizing protocols. Treatment rooms have time to air out between appointments.
Virtual Front Desk: Some payments, scheduling, and discussions are handled by phone and email to reduce contact.
Online Appointments: We offer online appointments for Counseling, Coaching, Mindfulness, and Nutrition.
Classes: All classes require advance registration and in person classes are very small (limited to 3 students).
