The Feldenkrais Method can help free you from unnecessary habitual patterns and enable new, more effective ways of moving. Students are guided verbally through gentle sequences. By moving slowly and mindfully, students will discover new movement patterns. The result is more efficient movement, improved posture, reduction of aches and pains and an increased sense of kinesthetic self-awareness.
This experiential method is effective for people with or without injury, and is suitable for all ages and levels of experience.
