In this series, we’ll explore how breath exercises, sensory activities and simple meditation practices can help you relax, connect, and tune into your body’s signals with kindness and curiosity. We’ll explore the basic brain science behind modern mindfulness applications, and build a personalized self-care tool kit to help nurture ease and well-being as we navigate a stressful modern world.
Mindful Mondays is open to both those who are new to mindfulness and those who have a current mindfulness practice.
