Mindful Movement Qigong

The slow, mindful movements of Qigong offer an advanced system of well-being. We will reset the nervous system to promote a sense of calmness and vitality.
Side effects may include better sleep, pain relief, higher energy levels, and sharper focus.
Qigong is a discipline that has been cultivated for over 5,000 years for medical, martial, and spiritual purposes.
