Our certified professional coaches are trained in mindfulness practices and other holistic tools. Turning down the overwhelm through mindfulness coaching allows us to work through any limiting beliefs or blind spots that might be keeping us stuck. 

Mindfulness Coaching helps establish a sustainable personal mindfulness practice, which then leads to stress reduction, lower anxiety, reduced pain, improved focus, and building more healthy habits.

Our Process:

Intake: We talk with you about your concerns, history, and current goals.

Assessment: We assess your physical, mental, and energetic body before and during treatment.

Treatment: Mindfulness practices and thought-provoking processes that inspire you to tap into your inner wisdom and align your life with your highest, healthiest, and most authentic self.

Follow-up: We will make clear recommendations for your continuing care and best treatment.

Your course of treatment is designed to be most effective for you. Mindfulness coaching sessions are often once a week or every 2 weeks for up to several months. Complex situations can take longer to rebalance. The goal of Mindfulness coaching sessions is to establish a personal mindfulness practice, build healthy habits, navigate transitions, and overcome limiting beliefs.

Serving the greater Nashville area, our Professional Life Coach has 10+ years combined experience and is a Certified Professional Life Coach, Certified Professional Recovery Coach, and a Professional Development Mindfulness Facilitator. Working closely with our integrative team, they will guide you step-by-step through treatments to help you feel your best.
