Mindfulness Classes in Nashville

Reduce stress and improve your whole health with mindfulness. We offer a variety of evidence-based mindfulness classes to help meet your needs and fit your schedule. Research shows that these practices can help improve both your physical and mental health. Attend the dates that work for your schedule and build your self-care practice!

Advance registration is required for all classes. Our in person classes are limited to 3 students. Online classes will email out a Zoom link shortly before class time.
