Mindfulness Classes in Nashville

Reduce stress and improve your whole health with mindfulness. This fall, we’re offering a variety of evidence-based mindfulness classes to help meet your needs and fit your schedule. Research shows that these practices can help improve both your physical and mental health. Attend the dates that work for your schedule and build your self-care practice! Our in person classes have limited space and are open to fully vaccinated students only. Online classes are open to everyone and the Zoom link will be emailed out shortly before class time.
