New Mindfulness Class

for People Who Can’t Stop Thinking


In today’s world, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by all the distractions and endless to-do lists. It’s no surprise that many of us experience stress and anxiety. How do we calm our busy minds? One of the best ways to do this is to practice mindfulness meditation.

By learning how to meditate, we can become more aware of our minds, connect with our bodies, and feel more at ease in the present. Mindfulness also helps us feel more connected to each other and the world around us. If you want to learn more about mindfulness and what it can do for you, join us for our new mindfulness meditation class for people who can’t stop thinking. (Hint: it’s all of us!) Led by Deb Markland, life coach & mindfulness facilitator, this in-person class will give you a space to slow down, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself and others around you.

What to Expect from This Mindfulness Class


This mindfulness meditation class is for everyone. We’ve planned it so that you can join during your lunch or midday break. The class will include guided meditations, discussions, and activities to help incorporate mindfulness into your daily life. We will explore various simple meditation techniques, such as focusing on the breath and body scan meditations. We may also incorporate gentle movement or mindful walking.

Mindfulness meditation classes at Ha.Lé are a great way to deepen our understanding and practice of mindfulness as well as learn about its benefits. We will provide you with all the resources you need to develop your mindfulness practice in a supportive and welcoming environment.
