Location: Ha.Lé Integrative – Nashville, TN
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 3 or 4 days per week + Saturdays
Status: Independent Contractor
Herbalist + additional bodywork/functional training a plus

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Acupuncturist to join our team as an Independent Contractor. This role is a central part of our care model, which emphasizes communication, interdisciplinary treatment planning, and client partnership.

Ideal candidates are those who bring curiosity, emotional intelligence, clinical depth, and a genuine desire to work within an integrative environment. Herbalism, bodywork, bio-energetic work, or functional movement training are all valued additions to this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, personalized acupuncture treatments informed by whole-person assessment.

• Collaborate with the Ha.Lé care team to co-create integrative plans responsive to each client’s goals.

• Participate in bi-weekly team meetings every other Thursday from 9–10 AM CST.

• Effectively communicate with clients about treatment goals, progress, and integrative options.

• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records.

• Contribute to a warm, professional, and supportive client experience.

• Uphold the Ha.Lé values of deep listening, compassionate care, and trauma-informed practice.

• Optional: integrate bodywork modalities, herbal support, functional movement, or bio-energetic techniques when aligned with training and scope.

Qualifications

Required:

• Licensed Acupuncturist (TN state licensure or appropriate national certification).

• Commitment to integrative, client-centered, whole-person care.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Ability to work Saturdays.

• Desire to participate actively in a collaborative clinical community.

Preferred / Plus Skills:

• Herbal medicine training.

• Bodywork modalities (e.g., Thai bodywork, TCM bodywork, somatic work).

• Bio-Energetics or energy-based therapeutic training.

• Functional Movement or corrective movement training.

• Experience in integrative or multidisciplinary practice settings.
