Our deepest intention at Ha.Lé is to inspire healing transformation through holistic health practices. In other words, our approach focuses on improving your long term wellbeing. Through a holistic lens of mind, body and spirit, we address your care using an integrative health approach. For this reason, our trained practitioners gather information from your body and the way you move as well as the words you speak. As a result, the conversation and relationship between us happens at a deeper level. Through collaboration and integration, we support your long term healing. By working together, our team can take advantage of best practices for your optimal health.

Through this holistic health approach, getting to the root of your symptoms is our goal. In other words, we don’t believe in hurrying your care. Additionally, our care plans are personalized. So, What Can Holistic Health Treat?:

Relief from cancer treatment side effects. Examples include pain, nausea from chemotherapy, insomnia, anxiety, stress, and nutrition deficiencies. 

 

Chronic health problems that reduce physical function, such as back pain, neck pain, inflammation, autoimmune conditions, or joint pain.

 

 

Chronic pain conditions. For instance, these include fibromyalgia, irritable bowel syndrome, migraines, and headaches.

 

 

Mental health conditions. For example, these co-occurring disorders may include anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), insomnia or chronic fatigue syndrome.
