Develop Inner Wisdom of the Brain, Body, and Heart. We will use Mindfulness, Meditation, and Somatics to develop our sense of knowing ourselves.
We will provide the balls, rollers, blankets, and mat for in person classes. For online classes, please gather a mat, 2 folded blankets or blocks, and 2 rubber therapy balls. All students are welcome to bring a journal.
