Why do a Membership? Why not just come as needed?

Memberships allow us to go deeper with your care. It takes 8 weeks to change the baseline of your nervous system. Ideally, we want to get to that 8 week mark and then keep going!

What is a Collaborative Practice?

As a Collaborative Practice, we are working together as a team for your care. Your providers will discuss your treatment regularly, stay up to date on where you are in your care, and share insights with each other.

 

Do Memberships have additional fees or tips?

Memberships are all inclusive, with no additional costs or fees. We took the total cost of all included treatments, applied a nice discount, and then broke it up into equal payments to keep it easy and clean. 

We do not accept tips for any treatments.

My schedule is complicated, can I still do a Membership?

We want to meet you where you are, and will be as flexible as we can with your scheduling. Your membership billing will happen every week until done, but if it takes a couple extra weeks to get you in for all your treatments because of life, travel, and other factors, that is fine! We want you to receive the care. 

We are open during business hours and do not have weekend or evening appointments.

Do I have to do a Membership to receive care?

Memberships are not required! We get the best results through our memberships, but we can schedule you for the care that works for you right now. If and when you want to go deeper, we will be ready for you.

What happens after a Membership?

After a membership, we have a conversation about next steps. We want to continue to support your health journey, and we can work together to figure out what that looks like for the weeks and months after you finish your treatment plan.

 

What is your Cancellation Policy?

We charge $75 for no shows and appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice. There is no penalty for appointments canceled with enough notice, or due to an emergency or illness.
