Twelve years ago, I had a fully booked private bodywork practice. And yet, I noticed a troubling pattern: I was treating the same issue over and over again, as if we were on a gerbil wheel.   I wanted even better results for my clients. I began researching.

I attended a research conference hosted by the NIH on Complementary Medicine, where I had the realization that holistic healing requires a multifaceted approach. To truly address the complexities of the body, mind, and emotions, we need to draw from diverse disciplines encompassing life. This insight was what I needed to ignite a profound shift in my perspective and practice, ultimately leading to the formation of Ha.Lé.

Today, after twenty-one years in practice, I proudly direct and practice within a collaborative, team-based care model, alongside a dedicated group of practitioners. This innovative approach allows us to treat internal dysfunction while addressing lifestyle needs, and fosters a sense of belonging and support within our vibrant community. Together, we are redefining the path to wellness that invites everyone to participate in their journey toward holistic health.

Over the years, my team and I have transformed the lives of our clients. We have helped them avoid unnecessary surgeries and procedures. Many have expressed profound emotional relief and newfound confidence in their health decisions. Cultivating a deep sense of self-advocacy and promoting nervous system regulation is our focus, and we continue to embrace  a holistic understanding of wellbeing.
